ABOUT THE PROJECT
Restaurants generate large amounts of food waste every year, and our mission was to showcase how MAX is working to reduce theirs. Despite efforts to minimize waste by cooking to order, mistakes still happen. According to estimates, around 1,500 incorrect burger orders are made at MAX every day, meaning 1,500 burgers risk being thrown away if they can’t be sold.
